TPS offers customers a complete highly efficient solution for cutting non-metallic materials.
TPS plotters are widely used in the production of advertising, packaging, car interiors, textiles, clothing, leather products, in the production of bags and processing of composite materials.
Advantages of TPS machines:
- Function to prevent going beyond the inner corners of the contour.
- The detector scans the height of the table surface with high accuracy. This data is transmitted and allows you to cut materials exactly to the specified depth. The height sensor can automatically measure the thickness of the material being processed.
- Processing of the material on both sides using the function of searching of corners of the sheet.
- When the tool is automatically calibrated, the length of the tool is measured using a fiber laser. The measured tool length is automatically taken into account when performing the task.
- Universal tool modules ensure simple and efficient operation.
- Carousel cutting mode increases the production capacity of serial products.
