The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

The controller processes personal data provided by you or obtained through the fulfillment of your orders.

This includes identification and contact details and data necessary for contract fulfillment.

III. Legal Reason and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

1. The lawful basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

2. The purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill your order and the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data required for the successful completion of the order (name, email, phone) are necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract, without which it is not possible to conclude or fulfill the contract by the controller.

There is no automated individual decision-making by the controller as defined in Article 22 GDPR unless explicitly consented to by you.

IV. Data Retention Period

The controller stores personal data

- for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 25 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).

- for the period until consent to process personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 25 years if the personal data are processed based on consent.

After the retention period, the controller will delete the personal data.

V. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data according to Article 15 GDPR, the right to rectify personal data according to Article 16 GDPR, possibly to restrict processing according to Article 18 GDPR, the right to delete personal data according to Article 17 GDPR, the right to object to processing according to Article 21 GDPR, and the right to data portability according to Article 20 GDPR.

Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent to processing in writing or electronically at the address or email of the controller specified in these conditions.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe your right to data protection has been violated.

VI. Personal Data Security Conditions

The organizational controller declares that all appropriate technical and measures have been taken to secure personal data.

Technical measures have been adopted to secure data storage and personal data repositories in paper form, particularly password protection of cloud storages.

The controller declares that personal data is accessible only to authorized persons.

VII. Final Provisions

By submitting an online contact form, you confirm that you are aware of the terms of personal data protection and that you accept them in their entirety.
