- The crack mill base + the linear guide base are machined, the crack mill and the linear guide connection holes are drilled and tapped with 5 Axis Metal Processing Center.
- Electrostatic Powder Coated Painting on all of the machine.
- Sawblade diameter 600 mm.
- Cutting heads tilt 90 degrees and 45 degrees outwards OR inwards pneumatically via a cylinder and angles in between are adjusted manually.
